Fuimos varios amigos a un evento y la verdad el departamento súper amplio, contaba con varios utensilios para cocinar, así como súper agusto para poder salir al balcón y disfrutar de la tarde

En general, todo estuvo bien, únicamente por cuestiones es ajenas a ellos fue que nos quedamos sin agua una mañana, pero al poco tiempo la restablecieron. Por limpieza, ubicación y qué coincide con los mostrado en fotos todo bien. Únicamente lo que vi que fallo es que la lavadora no funcionaba, y que un inodoro tuvo problemas con el agua. Todo lo demás estuvo bien. Muy recomendable. Por la ubicación cerca del mar es necesario el repelente por que si hay muchos mosquitos.

Pobyt minął nam przyjemnie. Nie było idealnie, bo w czasie jednej ulewy woda przelała nam się przez drzwi i jedno okno, ale gospodarz znalazł sposób żeby nam to wynagrodzić i zareagował praktycznie od razu. Mieszkanie nie jest bardzo nowe, ale czyste i schludne. Miejscami w łazience widoczny był grzyb na ścianach. Niedogodnością było to, że mieszkając w 5 osób nie było opcji, żeby wszyscy mieli ciepłą wodę na swój prysznic. Zespół był bardzo pomocny w organizacji wszelkich transportów.

Die Unterkunft entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und bot eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Alle angegebenen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei, und der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, was ihn sehr sauber hielt. Die Nachbarn waren freundlich, und die Mitarbeiter waren stets hilfsbereit. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung ist riesig und liegt direkt am Meer. Die Aussicht ist großartig und mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Cancun. Es gibt einen bewachten Parkplatz, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation war proaktiv und sehr freundlich, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wer den Hotel-Burgen Cancuns entfliehen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Muy bonita ubicación y contaba con todo lo necesario para la estadía. Me gustó que incluía cosas de emergencia que normalmente no están en un hospedaje como botiquín, extintores, churrasquees y otros. Muy recomendable.

Location was good! Our patio opened right at the beach. But the house didn’t match the photos. There was only one room facing the beach, other two faced the road, and they had only 1 window. The house had two good washrooms, but the third one was very tiny and was located inside the laundry room. The house is good enough for 4 people but not more than that

This is a beautiful spot! The pool and beach were very quiet and we spent most of our time in the water right out front of the condo even though others said they walked to the public beach five minutes away, which was also nice but busier. The condo was exceptionally well-stocked and it was close to two convenience stores and a number of restaurants. The only issue we had is that the recommended transportation had no idea where we were located and as we didn’t get the precise address information until the day of travel it was hard to navigate the issues with the transportation company without wifi. Would definitely return as we met lovely people at the condo and enjoyed our stay very much.

Laura was very responsive to all my questions and/or concerns during our stay. The apartment is a 4th floor walk up, but the views from the main bedroom and balcony make it all worth it. The property was very clean and located on the beach. Personally, the better beach was located 5 mins walk down the street. The APT is close to local eats (make sure to order the fresh seafood by the beach! Yum!!), and quick access to public transportation making the trip pleasurable to get around and an experience in itself.

Es un lugar espectacular con una vista hermosa para los que aman ver el amanecer y atardecer. Laura muy querida y nos atendió a nuestras necesidades y ademas el apto cuenta con lo necesario para una muy buena estadia. Viajamos en familia y estuvo genial!

Excelente lugar, especial para descansar, la playa , la alberca, el departamento en general , muy cómodo. Alejado de las zonas turbulentas de la ciudad. Solo que si no traes carro, asegúrate de conseguir un servicio que te mueva en tu estancia, evita los taxis de la calle, pues te cobran mucho más que los ubers , u otros servicios preestablecidos. Me gusto para hacer home office por un par de meses!! Laura fue de mucha ayuda!!

great place overall. Ferry within walking. lots of little seafood restaurants and downtown not too far. Not crowded and very affordable. A few little things with the complex, like no elevator, and minor cosmetic wrongs but overall a good place, quiet. We enjoyed the stay.

The friendly 24/7 security lets you in and out as needed. The closest public beach is less than a 5 minute walk to the south. There is a festive family atmosphere in the evening when local families and vendors come to watch the sunset at the beach. This property is well situated for peaceful days if you want to lounge at home, but it is a short drive if you're looking for a faster pace. Enjoyed sunrise coffee on the balcony every morning. It's a perfect spot to watch the fishermen and ferries start their daily trips between Cancun and Isla Mujeres.

Zona tranquila, tal cual la descripción. Considerar que la playa que tiene el condominio no es muy bonita ni grande, pero están las playas públicas caminando.

Open communication, description matches the pictures, very well clean and equipped. You are not able to use the beach at the front of the property, nor looks like the type of beach you expect in Cancun, you need to go far away for a nice looking beach.
