The studio is located on the second floor and has a kingsize bed, a small room with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and an equipped kitchen so you can prepare your food.
On the Rooftop is the pool and gym with a very nice view of the Tulum jungle, with loungers and tables which you reach by the elevator of the building.
The studio is located in Aldea Zama, which is the most popular area in Tulum and is close to the hotel zone by bike, motorcycle or scooter, unlike many other areas, Aldea Zama has paved streets. You can walk to some restaurants nearby and our concierge can help you rent a means of transportation if you want to go further afield.
We appreciate you following the rules for a better coexistence with the neighbors:
- The reservation is only for registered guests, visits or extra guests or pets are not allowed.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is only inside the apartment, during the day at a moderate volume.
- The bathing suit is mandatory to use the pool. The hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes and balloons to the pool area.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off your makeup or bronzer.
- The toilets in the area do not support paper inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can be covered and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of the neighbors.
- We ask you not to leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.
❄ Finally, we ask you a lot to help us take care of electricity consumption, which is very high. Do not leave air conditioners on if you are not at home and when you turn them on please close all doors and windows.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for loss of key, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
- For each rule that is not followed, the condominium or the neighborhood committee can charge up to a $200 usd penalty or remove or speak to the police for an eviction for bad behavior.
- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will cost $5 pesos per extra kW. With responsible use they should not exceed it.
- You have total privacy in the property, however if there is any force majeure event where we have to access, we will let you know in advance (Floods, leaks, fire, etc.)
We leave you one towel per person for the bathroom and another for the pool. It is fully equipped with sheets, pillows, soap and shampoo.
It only includes cleaning before your arrival and after your departure, in case you want some intermediate cleaning we can offer it at an extra cost.
We handle self-check in for convenience. We give you an access code so you can arrive at the time you want (after check-in hours).
We have an auto check in process but we will be available for anything you need. Our concierge will contact you to if you need recommendations or if you need to book activities for your trip.
The building has just been built and there are still many apartments that have not been delivered or are still under construction, so there may be noise and the reception is not yet working but all areas can now be used.
