1 Bathroom Enjoy this Beautiful, Comfortable and Central Apartment. Strategically located, near the ferry to Isla Mujeres in Puerto Juárez, at the beginning of the Hotel Zone and the center of the city. The apt is on the 3rd floor, you have to climb stairs. On the Rooftop you will be able to enjoy a (shared) pool with a spectacular view and the Caribbean Sea in the background. It has a room with a queen bed, equipped with everything you need; WIFI, Smart TV, air conditioning.

It is a good area to walk in Cancun, it has a cafe a few steps away, in the same way you can use a bicycle to go faster, and to go further you can take a taxi or public transport.
The building has perimeter security and security cameras in the exteriors and corridors of common areas.
The Apartment is very close to where the Ferry to Isla Mujeres departs.
There is a small Café and Bar a few steps away.
RULES:
❌. Extra guests or visitors are not allowed inside the condo.
❌. No parties or noise are allowed between the hours of 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, so as not to disturb the neighbors.
❌. Guests are not allowed on the Rooftop from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
❌. Do not hang clothes or towels on windows, balconies, Rooftop or in view of other guests.
❌. Pets are not accepted.
❌. No smoking inside the property.
❌. Do not consume ⚠️ illegal substances.
❌. Do not litter or leave outside the apartment.
❌ Towels are not allowed to be used to clean, remove makeup or paint hair.
❌. Do not throw toilet paper or any object in the WC. Deposit it in the trash can.
❌. Do not use ❄️ air conditioning if there is no one in the property, with the windows or doors open.
✔️. Take care of the water in the shower and toilet. Let us know if you see any leaks.
✔️. Respect staff and neighbors.
✔️. The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
✔️. Follow all the rules and let us know if you have any questions.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Replacement or loss of key or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
We have a self-check-in system so you can arrive at the time you want (taking into account check-in times).
We leave you one towel per person for the bathroom and another for the pool. It is fully equipped with sheets, pillows, soap and shampoo.
It only includes cleaning before your arrival and after your departure, in case you want some intermediate cleaning we can offer it at an extra cost.
As our guest, we will be available to you as much as you need us, but you will have complete autonomy. We will always try to welcome you personally when you arrive and recommend a list of things to see and do. Plus, if you ever need it after business hours, we're available for you whenever you need us! It is important to note that some things work differently in Mexico and others are not as reliable. Anything we can do to make your stay more pleasant, we will do.
