It is located in the residential area of Cancun. It is recommended to rent a car, we have secure parking or if you do not rent a car we can recommend a private driver for your vacation.
We only include cleaning before your arrival and after your departure. If you want any extra cleaning or linen changes we can offer it at an extra cost.
We use a self check-in system to facilitate your stay. We leave the keys in a box next to the door with a code so they can arrive at any time.
Anything you need we are at your disposal.
We will assign you a concierge who can help you with car rental, restaurant reservations, ticket sales to parks or activities, transportation, or any service you require.
To enter the largest pool (La Laguna) it is necessary to use a life jacket (you must bring your own). However, the condominium has 6 more pools that can be accessed without a vest.
The condominium is very big and the city too, we highly recommend renting a car to stay here, however you can also use taxi services.

July 2025We were in Cancun for 6 days, you have all necessary walking distance. Car is needed tourist area is far and can take over an hour during pick hours. If you plan your day this place is very convenient for you and your family. I highly recommend!!

July 2025I am very satisfied with this apartment and the service provided by Andianirentals. From the day I made my reservation until the last day we were in the apartment, they were always attentive and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable and in a very strategic location, with everything relatively close by: a 25-30 minute drive: downtown, the hotel zone, ferry departures to Isla Mujeres, etc. Plus, a supermarket where you can find everything, and you can drive there or even walk 5 minutes. There is a gas station nearby and several places to eat on the corner. The large lagoon and pools were definitely a plus, as not only was we in a safe place with 24-hour security, but having them in the same location was an incredible experience for me and my family. I stayed in this apartment for a full month, as the reason for my trip was to conduct research, and I needed a quiet place to focus on this project. I definitely found that ideal place. I strongly recommend Andianirentals.

August 2024buen departamento, esta en el tercer piso y no servia el elevador, el aire acondicionado no alcanza a enfriar suficientemente y en su cuarto de servicio muchisimo calor y ruido de los ventiladores del servicio de enfriamento. Por lo demás muy bien para las 3 personas que fuimos, comodo, buen tamaño.

August 2023Estuvo muy bien la estadia, es un lugar muy bonito y comodo, lo unico que no me gusto es que yo voy a visitar a mis papas y en su reglamento se prohiben las visitas y no pudieron visitarme, yo tuve que salir del departamento todos los dìas a visitar a mis papas. De lo demas estuvo genial.
