Apartment specially decorated and furnished to make you feel at home. With a beautiful and huge pool. Ideal for families or groups. The area is very safe, the condominium has security 24 hours a day and parking inside the condominium, gym and pool (Closed next Tuesday, January 30, 2024 until further notice). Located in the residential area of ​​Cancun, 5 minutes from shops, cinemas (Plazas Outlet) and the supermarket. 15 min from the beach and the party area (Hotel Zone).

We use a self check-in system to facilitate your stay. We leave the keys in a box next to the door with a code so they can arrive at any time.

The neighbourhood

The area is very safe, the condominium has security 24 hours a day. The guards can help you with anything or any question you may have.

Plazas Outlet (Shopping Center) is walking distance from the condominium. The Walmart supermarket is also approximately 10 minutes away on foot.

Buses pass nearby that can take you to the beach and many of the tours include transportation. Car rental is recommended but not necessary. We have a secure parking space inside the condominium.

House rules

RULES:
❌. Extra guests or visitors are not allowed inside the condo.
❌. No parties or noise are allowed between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., so as not to disturb the neighbors.
❌. I don't know, food and drinks are allowed in glass containers in the pool area.
❌. The pool cannot be used in casual clothing. Pool hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and a bathing suit is mandatory.
❌. Do not hang clothes or towels on windows or balconies.
❌. Pets are not accepted.
❌. No smoking inside the property.
❌. Do not consume ⚠️ illegal substances.
❌. Do not exceed the speed limit of 10 km/h in the condominium or parking lots.
❌. Do not litter or leave outside the apartment.
❌. Do not use ❄️ air conditioning if there is no one in the property or with the windows or doors open.
✔️. Take care of the water in the shower and toilet.
✔️. Respect security personnel and neighbors.
✔️. The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
For each rule that is not complied with, a penalty of $50 US will be charged, for the 1st rule not complied with, $60 US for the 2nd, 70 US for the 3rd and so on.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Replacement for loss of key, access card or towel has a cost of $20 US each.

Guest access

Room 1: One double bed
Room 2: One double bed and one single (Bunk bed)
Living room: sofa

They will be able to use all the spaces in the apartment as if it were their own. The pool is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. (Since at night chemicals are added for maintenance and cleaning)

Interaction with guests

Anything you need we are at your disposal. Whether for advice, ticket sales to parks or activities, transportation or any extra service you require, we can help you hire it.

Other things to note

Includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need extra cleaning or a change of sheets and towels, we can schedule it in advance (at an extra cost).

Payment must be made by Airbnb to reserve the desired dates. The security deposit is only charged if the apartment is delivered with any damage upon departure.
