The best thing is that it is located on the ground floor and has a private mini-pool. On the roof top you will be able to enjoy another pool with a spectacular view and the Caribbean Sea. The "Donceles" is located on one side of Puerto Cancún, it is an old area that is being renovated, do not be fooled by appearances, there may be old houses but it is a good area to walk, you can see murals by artists from the area, get to know local life and find public transportation.
RULES:
❌. Extra guests or visitors are not allowed inside the condo.
❌. No parties or noise are allowed between the hours of 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, so as not to disturb the neighbors.
❌. Guests are not allowed on the Rooftop from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
❌. Do not hang clothes or towels on windows, balconies, Rooftop or in view of other guests.
❌. Pets are not accepted.
❌. No smoking inside the property.
❌. Do not consume ⚠️ illegal substances.
❌. Do not litter or leave outside the apartment.
❌ Towels are not allowed to be used to clean, remove makeup or paint hair.
❌. Do not throw toilet paper or any object in the WC. Deposit it in the trash can.
❌. Do not use ❄️ air conditioning if there is no one in the property, with the windows or doors open.
✔️. Take care of the water in the shower and toilet. Let us know if you see any leaks.
✔️. Respect staff and neighbors.
✔️. The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Replacement or loss of key or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
We have a self-check-in system so you can arrive at the time you want (taking into account check-in times).
We leave you one towel per person for the bathroom and another for the pool. It is fully equipped with sheets, pillows, soap and shampoo.
It only includes cleaning before your arrival and after your departure, if you want any intermediate cleaning we can offer it at an extra cost.
As our guest, we will be available to you as much as you need us, but you will have complete autonomy. We will always try to welcome you personally when you arrive and recommend a list of things to see and do. Plus, if you ever need it after business hours, we're available for you whenever you need us! It is important to note that some things work differently in Mexico and others are not as reliable. Anything we can do to make your stay more pleasant, we will do.
