It is ideal for long stays as you can make use of the washer and dryer that we have in the apartment (laundry products not included), it also has a gym that you can use, a very nice pool, sun loungers, and a restaurant (food with additional cost).
The condo has 24 hour security and reception.
It is located on the 2nd floor and does not have an elevator, it is necessary to climb stairs.
La Veleta, like Tulum, is a developing area, so to get there you will find streets that are not yet paved. Tulum is a place to enjoy being surrounded by nature.
We ask you to follow the rules for a better coexistence with the neighbors:
- The reservation is only for registered guests, visits or extra guests or pets are not allowed.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is only inside the apartment, during the day at a moderate volume.
- The bathing suit is mandatory to use the pool. The hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes and balloons to the pool area.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off your makeup or bronzer.
- The toilets in the area do not support paper inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can be covered and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of the neighbors.
- We ask you not to leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.
❄ Finally, we ask you a lot to help us take care of electricity consumption, which is very high. Do not leave air conditioners on if you are not at home and when you turn them on please close all doors and windows.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for loss of key, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
- For each rule that is not followed, the condominium or the neighborhood committee can charge up to a $200 usd penalty or remove or speak to the police for an eviction for bad behavior.
- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will cost $5 pesos per extra kW. With responsible use they should not exceed it.
- You have total privacy in the property, however if there is any force majeure event where we have to access, we will let you know in advance (Floods, leaks, fire, etc.)
We have an auto check-in system so you can arrive at the time you want (within the allowed hours). We will send you a code for your access, you will have to register at the reception upon arrival and show an ID.
Your host will help you during your reservation for everything related to the apartment. But your reservation also includes a concierge, who can help you with restaurant reservations, tours, and any activities outside the apartment. Ask for more information if you are interested.
Tulum is a magical and beautiful place, we are a small town becoming a city and despite our big growth, we are still a rural community, we warn you that not all our streets are paved, and there may be water, electricity or wifi cuts.
