The apartment comes with a fully equipped laundry room (washing machine and dryer), a large open space with kitchen (microwave, electric grill, coffee machine, fridge and all you need to cook). Dining table and sofa.
Main bedroom with walk-in closet and a king size bed (200 cm x 180 cm). Second bedroom has two double beds (130 cm x 180 cm). And the apartment has two bathrooms and sofa bed in the living room size of a double bed (130 cm x 180 cm).
Balcony to enjoy the sunrise or the breeze of the evening.
If you rent a car or you come with your own car the apartment has its own parking lot in the underground parking. Please do not forget to enjoy the swimming pool or the gym!
There is currently a construction site next door, so there may be noise during the day. Prices and cancellation policies already take this factor into account.
The building is located on the famous Tulum Av., it’s really easy to catch a taxi to move in any part of the city. Less than ten minutes walking you’ll find a supermarket, the ADO bus secondary station (with buses to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, etc..), the Galenia Hospital (Fertility Center Cancun) and the Las Americas mall (where you can catch the public transport to the beach).

5. I understand you are on vacations, however it is important to consider there are other persons living in the building, and have their needs of resting at night. For respect to them, I will kindly ask you to please not make loud noises after 10:00pm.
6. Extra charges will be applied for any missing or damaged objects, sheets or towels. We understand there may be accidents, but we believe is important to be honest and responsible for your acts.
7. Modifications in reservations will be accepted with at least 15 days notice before the arrival date.
8. If you lose the keys the cost to replace them will be 50 USD.
9. Please be extra careful to not forget anything before your check-out, we are not responsible for any damage or theft to your personal property.

WEATHER NOTE: Don't forget that Cancún has a tropical climate in which, during summer and rain season, is pretty normal to have mosquitos and ants in the property (even if we treat with insecticide every 15 days).
