One-story house, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with TV. It has wifi, and dining room. The rooms have a fan and mosquito nets. It is located in a very quiet private area ideal for resting. The pool that is shared with 3 other houses It does not have a kitchen. But you can add breakfast, lunch and dinner to your reservation at an extra cost (request menu)

The neighbourhood

The condominium is in a subdivision with security. It is a quiet area, therefore parties are not allowed.

Includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need extra cleaning or a change of sheets and towels, we can schedule it in advance (at an extra cost).

Guest access

There will be someone in the house to receive them.

Interaction with guests

Schedules:

Check-in from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out until 12:00 pm

In case the 3 or 2 houses are reserved at the same time, schedules are set so that they do not share the pool, these schedules are chosen upon arrival:

In case of renting 2 houses at the same time, the hours are divided into 4, so that both guests have time to be in the pool both in the morning and in the afternoon.

In case of renting the 3 houses at the same time, the guest can choose 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening.

Other things to note

The condo is Pet-friendly so there may be pets in the condo. If you want to bring your pet, just let us know and it costs $100 pesos per pet per stay and is paid in cash upon arrival.

*yThe parking lot is all private and a little removed from the front door of the house. Take into account that although it is one floor there are steps and pebbles.
