It is ideal for groups of up to 4 people as it has two double beds.
The room is located on the top floor. The kitchen and living room are on the ground floor. In any case, stairs must be climbed to enter the house.
The house has a small balcony where you can sit and have a drink or read a book.
From the room you can see the sea when you wake up.
The condominium has a very large pool and an area with lounge chairs, hammocks, and a barbecue.
The condo is located in a quiet area, very close to the beach.
However, the area is in full development so construction noise from neighboring areas can be heard.
At the moment, one of the houses in the condominium is being remodeled, so construction noise can also be heard inside the condominium.
REMEMBER THE RULES AND ENJOY YOUR STAY:
✘ Extra guests or visitors are not allowed.
✘ Parties are not allowed.
✔️ Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
✘ Do not hang clothes or towels on windows, balconies or visible from public areas.
✘ Do not use the towels to clean or remove makeup or paint your hair.
✘ Do not throw paper or objects in the WC.
✘ Do not use air conditioning if there is no one in the property or with the windows or doors open.
✘ The pool cannot be used in casual clothing and a bathing suit is mandatory. Please respect the pool hours.
✘ Food and drinks in glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
✘ Do not throw or leave garbage outside the apartment.
✘ Pets are not accepted.
✘ No smoking inside the property.
✘ Do not consume illegal substances.
✔️ The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
✔️ Please let us know if you see any water leaks.
✔️ Respect security personnel and neighbors.
- For each rule that is not followed, up to a $200 usd penalty can be charged
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for loss of key, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
- Reservations of more than 6 nights include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will cost $5 pesos per extra kW. (Enough so you can use all appliances and air conditioning every night and day when you're home) but don't leave it on when you're not home or with doors or windows open.

***Before your arrival we will request a passport photo of each of the guests who will stay and sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.
We ask you to please notify us when you are on the way to receive them and give them the keys.
To move around the island it is recommended to rent a golf cart, or ask for taxis. If you need we can help you schedule it.
It is located in the southern part of the island, on the side of the open sea, and 90 meters from the beach! Although it is open sea, the sea is normally very calm.
We will be available when you need it. In the condo we also have staff who can help you with anything, however it is always advisable to communicate through Airbnb what you need.
The condo has security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are in common areas and it is to reinforce the security of the condominium.
The house is constantly fumigated, but it is surrounded by jungle, you may find some mosquitoes, flies, quijas, or some other insect.
Restaurants like De Nuccios and Marbella are just steps away, offering you a delicious dining experience.
The island is a place full of magic and good vibes, but it is also growing and the electricity / water / internet may go out at times, although it is not usually or for a long time, take into account that it can happen during your stay and it is something general of the whole island, it is not exclusive to this house.
The price already considers these factors.
