Our beautiful condo comes with an initial supply of water for your first day so you can get settled in. Thereafter, you can easily purchase at the nearest local market or supermarket.

RULES DURING YOUR STAY:
- The reservation is only for registered guests, visitors or extra guests or pets are not allowed.
- Please respect our quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is only inside the property, during the day at a moderate volume.
- A swimsuit is mandatory to use the pool. Hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes and balloons to the pool area.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off your makeup or suntan lotion.
- The toilets in the area do not support papers inside the bowl and also to protect the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because they can become clogged and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of neighbors.
- We ask that you do not leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.
- Respect speed limits wherever you see them. Normally within condominiums it is 10 km/hr.
❄ Finally, we ask you very much to help us take care of electricity consumption, which is very high. Do not leave air conditioners on if you are not at home and when you turn them on please close all doors and windows.
IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for lost keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel costs $20 US each.
- For each rule that is not followed, the condominium or the neighborhood committee can charge up to $200 USD as a penalty or remove or contact the police for an eviction due to bad behavior.
- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will have a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use they should not exceed it.
- You have complete privacy of the property, however if any cause of force majeure occurs where we have to access we would let you know in advance (floods, leaks, fire, etc.)
We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.
I am available to guests when needed. I'm not local, but I have staff on site who are available at the drop of a hat.
It includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need an extra cleaning or change of sheets and towels we can schedule it in advance (with extra cost)
