In the downtown area of Cancun, you will find a large number of shops, restaurants, bars and local markets. Some of the most popular places to visit in the area are Mercado 28 and Mercado 23, where you can find a wide variety of local products, from crafts and clothing to food and drinks.
For those interested in the culture and history of the region, the downtown area has some places of tourist interest such as Parque Las Palapas, where festivals and concerts are held, and the Iglesia de Cristo Rey, a Catholic church with an architectural awesome.
In terms of transportation, the downtown area of Cancun has a good connection to other parts of the city through buses and taxis. Also, if you want to visit the Riviera Maya, you can take a bus from the Cancun Bus Terminal, which is located in the downtown area.
We ask you to follow the rules for better coexistence with neighbors:
- The reservation is only for registered guests, visitors or extra guests or pets are not allowed.
- Please respect our quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is only inside the property, during the day at a moderate volume.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off your makeup or suntan lotion.
- The toilets in the area do not support papers inside the bowl and also to protect the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because they can become clogged and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of neighbors.
- We ask that you do not leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.
- Respect speed limits wherever you see them. Normally within condominiums it is 10 km/hr.
❄ Finally, we ask you very much to help us take care of electricity consumption, which is very high. Do not leave air conditioners on if you are not at home and when you turn them on please close all doors and windows.
We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established hours), with the aim of facilitating your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in accommodation. However, we will be attentive to anything you need during your stay.
Includes a cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you want additional cleaning or change of sheets and towels, you must request in advance and at an extra cost.
