POLÍTICAS DE LA RESERVA (Español)

Para confirmar la reservación es indispensable realizar el pago completo. En caso de no efectuarse, el calendario no se bloqueará y las fechas permanecerán disponibles para otros clientes.

Para acceder a la propiedad, se deberá presentar una copia de la identificación oficial de cada huésped que se alojará y firmar las políticas y reglas del alojamiento.

RESERVATION POLICIES (English)

To confirm the reservation, payment must be made in full. If payment is not completed, the calendar will remain open, and the dates will be available to other clients.

To access the property, a copy of the official ID of each guest staying at the property must be provided, and the accommodation policies and rules must be signed.

POLÍTICAS DEL PAGO (Español)

En caso de pago con tarjeta, es obligatorio completar un formato de autorización de cobro, mostrar la tarjeta y la identificación del titular.

PAYMENT POLICIES (English)

For card payments, it is mandatory to complete a payment authorization form, present the card, and provide the cardholder’s ID. 

POLÍTICAS DE CANCELACIÓN (Español)

Todas las cancelaciones son no reembolsables. Una vez realizada la reserva, los huéspedes aceptan los términos de no recibir reembolsos bajo ninguna circunstancia.

CANCELATION POLICY (English)

All cancellations are non-refundable. Once a reservation is made, guests agree to the terms of no refunds under any circumstances.

POLÍTICAS DE SERVICIOS (Español)

Electricidad: La reserva incluye el consumo de electricidad con un máximo de 20 kwz por día, en caso de un consumo excesivo recibirás un cobro por kwz extra de $5 mxn. Mediremos el consumo a tu llegada y a tu salida. Puedes hacer uso normal del aire acondicionado mientras estés en casa. Solo no lo dejes prendido cuando sales.

Agua: El consumo de agua está incluido hasta un límite de $500.00 MXN mensuales o la cantidad equivalente en metros cúbicos. 

SERVICES POLICY (Español)

Electricity: The reservation includes electricity consumption with a maximum of 20 kwz per day, in case of excessive consumption you will be charged an extra $5 per kwz. We will measure the consumption at your arrival and departure. You can make normal use of the air conditioning while you are at home. Just don't leave it on when you go out.

Water: Water consumption is included up to a limit of $500.00 MXN per month or the equivalent in cubic meters.
