House rules

- We ask you to follow the rules for better coexistence with neighbors and the entire environment:

- The reservation is only for registered guests; no visits or extra guests, and no pets are allowed.

- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.

- The use of speakers is allowed only within the property, during the day, at a moderate volume, and with doors and windows closed.

- Please do not use towels to remove makeup or sunscreen.

- The toilets in the area cannot handle paper inside the bowl, and also, to care for the environment, we ask you not to throw any other objects that could cause blockages and contamination.

- Hanging towels or clothes on balconies or windows visible to neighbors is not allowed.

- Please do not leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment. If you are unsure where to dispose of the garbage, please ask us.

- Respect the speed limits to reach the property.


- Wearing a swimsuit is mandatory for pool use. The hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.

- Bringing food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes, and balloons to the pool area is not allowed.

Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will incur a charge of $5 pesos per extra kw. With normal and responsible use, exceeding this limit should not be necessary. (You can turn on the air conditioners when you are at home; if you leave, please turn them off and avoid using them with doors and windows open.)

While these incidents are not usually frequent or long-lasting, they allow you to immerse yourself in the relaxed rhythm and harmony with nature of our beloved community.

We appreciate your understanding and assure you that any minor inconveniences that may arise are more than compensated for by the beauty and magic of Tulum. Please be aware that our prices reflect these circumstances, and unfortunately, we cannot offer additional refunds in the event of these temporary service interruptions as they are beyond our control.
