Important Note: In this haven of peace and a family atmosphere, we seek to preserve everyone's tranquility, so parties or loud noises/music are not allowed at night.
Aldea Zama is an exclusive and safe neighborhood in the city of Tulum, known for its elegant architecture and sustainable design. Located just minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Mexican Caribbean, it is a vibrant and friendly community, with a variety of entertainment, dining and shopping options. It stands out for its impressive nature, with large green areas and trails for walking or cycling. Aldea Zama is ideal for those looking for a quiet and safe place to enjoy an unforgettable vacation in Tulum.
We ask you to follow the rules for better coexistence with neighbors and the entire environment:
- The reservation is only for registered guests, no visitors or extra guests, nor pets are allowed.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is only inside the property, during the day, at a moderate volume and with doors and windows closed.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off your makeup or suntan lotion.
- The toilets in the area do not support papers inside the bowl and also to protect the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because they can become clogged and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of neighbors.
- We ask that you do not leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.
- Respect the speed limits to reach the property.
- A swimsuit is mandatory to use the pool. Hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes and balloons to the pool area.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for lost keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel costs $20 US each.
- For each rule that is not followed, the condominium or the neighborhood committee can charge up to $200 USD as a penalty or remove or contact the police for an eviction due to bad behavior.
- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will have a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use they should not exceed it.
- You have complete privacy of the property, however if any force majeure occurs where we have to access we would let you know in advance (floods, leaks, fire, etc.)

Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.
There is no elevator in the building, you need to take the stairs to get to the apartment in the 3rd floor (It is worth it)
Being part of the charming and authentic Tulum experience, it is important to note that our growing town has a rustic charm, there may be an occasional outage of basic services. Although these incidents are not frequent or last long, they allow you to immerse yourself in the relaxed rhythm and in tune with the nature of our beloved community.
We appreciate your understanding and assure you that any minor discomfort that may arise is more than compensated by the beauty and magic of Tulum. Please note that our prices reflect these circumstances and unfortunately we are unable to offer additional refunds in the event of these temporary outages as they are beyond our control.
