House rules

We ask you to follow the rules for a better coexistence with the neighbors:

- The reservation is only for registered guests, visits or extra guests or pets are not allowed.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is only inside the apartment, during the day at a moderate volume.
- The bathing suit is mandatory to use the pool. The hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes and balloons to the pool area.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off your makeup or bronzer.
- The toilets in the area do not support paper inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can be covered and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of the neighbors.
- We ask you not to leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.

❄ Finally, we ask you a lot to help us take care of electricity consumption, which is very high. Do not leave air conditioners on if you are not at home and when you turn them on please close all doors and windows.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for loss of key, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
- For each rule that is not followed, the condominium or the neighborhood committee can charge up to a $200 usd penalty or remove or speak to the police for an eviction for bad behavior.
- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will cost $5 pesos per extra kW. With responsible use they should not exceed it.
- You have total privacy in the property, however, if there is any force majeure where we have to access, we will let you know in advance (Floods, leaks, fire, etc.)

Guest access

Our goal is to make it easier for you to live the best trip, for that reason we help you to book transportation services from the airport, car rental, tours, restaurants and everything we can help you with, so you can enjoy your trip.

Ask us any questions you may have and we will help you solve them.

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the lodging at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the lodging. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Interaction with guests

We are always just a message away. Whether you need local recommendations, have questions about accommodations, or simply want to share your experience, we'll be happy to assist you. Your satisfaction is our priority!

We also have alliances with trusted companies to provide you with transportation services, tours or activities.

Other things to note

Tulum is a magical and beautiful place, we are a small town becoming a city and despite our great growth, we are still a rural community, we warn you that not all our streets are paved, and there may be water, electricity or Wi-Fi cut by occasions, although it is not often or for a long time take into account that it can happen during your stay.

There is construction or maintenance work in the area, there may be construction noise during the day.

The accommodation is located within a condominium, where more guests are staying and there are common areas that are shared. For these reasons, there may be noise from neighbors, cars, or pets.

The condominium is regularly fumigated against pests, but due to the city's humid climate and vegetation small insects or animals may be found.
