The condominium is located within Aldea Zama, where it combines the beauty of the tropical jungle with a modern and ecological design. Surrounded by lush vegetation and characterized by a calm and serene environment.

Although it is the area with the best services, it is important to consider that Tulum is a small town becoming a city and there may be water, electricity, or internet outages, and it is something general. Our prices already take these incidents into account.

House rules

We ask you to follow the rules for better coexistence with neighbors:

- The reservation is only for registered guests, visitors or extra guests or pets are not allowed.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is only inside the apartment, during the day at a moderate volume.
- A swimsuit is mandatory to use the pool. Hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes and balloons to the pool area.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off your makeup or suntan lotion.
- The toilets in the area do not support papers inside the bowl and also to protect the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because they can become clogged and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of neighbors.
- We ask that you do not leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.

❄ Finally, we ask you very much to help us take care of electricity consumption, which is very high. Do not leave air conditioners on if you are not at home and when you turn them on please close all doors and windows.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for lost keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel costs $20 US each.
- For each rule that is not followed, the condominium or the neighborhood committee can charge up to $200 USD as a penalty or remove or contact the police for an eviction due to bad behavior.
- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will have a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use they should not exceed it.
- You have complete privacy of the property, however if any force majeure occurs where we have to access we would let you know in advance (floods, leaks, fire, etc.)

Guest access

Our goal is to make it easier for you to live the best trip, for this reason we help you book transportation services from the airport, car rental, tours, restaurants and everything we can help you with, so you can enjoy your trip.

Ask us any questions you have and we will help you solve them.

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established hours), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in accommodation. However, we will be aware of anything you need during your stay.

Interaction with guests

We are available when you need it. Please contact us through the app because we do not have permanent staff in the building.

Other things to note

Tulum is a magical and beautiful place, we are a small town becoming a city and despite our great growth, we are still a rural community, we warn you that not all our streets are paved, and there may be a water, electricity or Wi-Fi cut for occasions, although it is not usually frequent or for a long time, take into account what may happen during your stay.
