On the ground floor, perfect for couples or small families; It has 1 room with a king size bed and 1 double sofa bed in the living room, as well as a kitchen, dining room, internet, TV and safe. Enjoy several shared pools, parking, golf and paddle tennis courts. You will also have access to the beach club (with minimal consumption). *Please note that the use of the tennis and golf courts has an additional cost.
The apartment has double security. The complex has a beach club right there that is a 10-minute walk away or a 4-minute drive away.
*It is recommended to rent a car for better mobility.
To go to the beach club, the condominium guards can also please take you in their golf cart if it is available.
The apartment has:

"Corasol" occupies a prized stretch of the Riviera Maya coast, and represents a unique and amazing vision of life in a tourist and residential complex. This complex, designed by acclaimed architects Sordo Madaleno and CUAIK, has been carefully sculpted to blend in with the natural surroundings of the area, while offering an exceptional lifestyle to its residents and visitors.
RULES:
❌. Extra guests or visitors are not allowed inside the condo.
❌. Parties are not allowed. no noise from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., so as not to disturb the neighbors.
❌. Food and drinks in glasses or glass bottles are not allowed in the pool area.
❌. You can not use the pool with casual clothes. Pool hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and a bathing suit is mandatory.
❌. Do not hang clothes or towels on windows or balconies.
❌. Pets are not accepted.
❌. No smoking inside the property.
❌. Do not consume ⚠️ illegal substances.
❌. Do not exceed the speed limit of 10 km/h in the condominium or parking lots.
❌. Do not litter or leave outside the apartment.
❌. Do not use ❄️ air conditioning if there is no one in the property or with the windows or doors open.
✔️. Take care of the water in the shower and toilet.
✔️. Respect security personnel and neighbors.
✔️. The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
For each rule that is not complied with, we have the right to charge a penalty of $50 US, for the 1st rule not complied with, for the 2nd rule $60 US, for the 3rd rule 70 US and so on.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
The check-out time is strictly before 11:00 a.m. If it is not complied with, there is a penalty of $20 US.
Replacement for loss of key or towel has a cost of $50 US each.
Leaving ❄️ air conditioning and/or lights on after check-out has an extra cost of $50 US.
We have access with self check-in. We provide you access with keys to open the door. In any case, we are aware of any situation that you may present and you have the concierge service for anything you need during your trip, such as car rental, airport transportation, purchase of tours or activities, or restaurant reservations.
We are always available for any questions or recommendations you may need.
