1. Pool hours from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm and it is requested to follow the rules of coexistence of the pools.
2. Do not make noise after 9:00 pm.
3. It is prohibited to hang clothes and towels on terraces or windows.
4. No extra visitors are allowed in the building or apartment.
5. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
6. Respect the parking space.
7. The condominium can impose a penalty if you do not comply with the rules.
Beautiful pool with ocean views and direct access to the beach. You are going to love the condo. The sea is very calm.
Air conditioning is an included service but we try to be ecological. Please turn it off when you are not in the apartment and do not use it with doors and windows open as it can be broken.
Whatever you need we are at your disposal. Whether for advice, ticket sales to parks or activities, transportation or any extra service that you require, we can help you hire it.
It includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need an extra cleaning or change of sheets and towels we can schedule it in advance (with extra cost)
