2 Bathrooms Discover this charming apartment on the 4th floor with stunning views of the Nichupté Lagoon and the sea. It is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay; You will be close to the Galenia hospital, supermarkets, shopping centers and restaurants. The condominium offers you a large pool, lounge area to relax, barbecue area to hang out, gym and underground parking. Enjoy the comfort and the best views in the Cancun hotel zone!
The apartment comes with a fully equipped laundry room (washing machine and dryer), a large open space with kitchen (microwave, electric grill, coffee machine, fridge and all you need to cook). Dining table and sofa.
Bedroom with walk-in closet and own bathroom. Balcony to enjoy the sunrise or the breeze of the evening. The bedroom has a king size bed (200 cm x 180 cm) and the sofa bed in the livingroom is a double bed (130 cm x 180 cm).
If you rent a car or you come with your own car the apartment has its own parking lot in the underground parking. Please do not forget to enjoy the swimming pool or the gym!
There is currently a construction site next door, so there may be noise during the day. Prices and cancellation policies already take this factor into account.
The building is located on the famous Tulum Av. Basement access 1 by going down the ramp. It’s really easy to catch a taxi to move in any part of the city. Less than ten minutes walking you’ll find a supermarket, the ADO bus secondary station (with buses to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, etc..), the Galenia Hospital (Fertility Center Cancun) and the Las Americas mall (where you can catch the public transport to the beach).
1. Notify in advance of extra guests.
2. It would be appreciated to notify in advance the time of arrival and departure from the studio.
3. We take care of the environment, if you are not here, turn off the air conditioning, fans and lights.
4. You can only smoke on the balconies of the apartment.
5. I understand that you come on vacation, but there are more people in the building who like to rest. Out of respect for the other inhabitants of the building, after 10:00 pm it would be appreciated to try not to make loud noises.
6. There will be extra charges for any lost or broken items, damaged towels and sheets. We understand that there may be accidents, but we believe in the importance of being honest and taking responsibility for your actions.
7. Modifications to reservations will only be accepted 15 days in advance before the arrival date.
8. The replacement of lost keys will cost 50 USD.
9. Be careful with objects forgotten after checkout as we are not responsible for anything left in the property.

9. Please be extra careful not to forget anything before your check-out, we are not responsible for any damage or theft to your personal property.

BUILDING RULES
- No yelling at the hallways or building common areas.
- Keep volume down to avoid any problem with the neighbors.
- Do not damage any furniture in common area.
WEATHER NOTE: Don't forget that Cancún has a tropical climate in which, during summer and rain season, is pretty normal to have mosquitos and ants in the property (even if we treat with insecticide every 15 days).
