This apartment consists of 3 floors, it is necessary to climb stairs. None of the rooms have a door.
On the first floor you will find the kitchen and dining room, the living room and a room with two single beds, going up the stairs, on the second floor there is a room with a king size bed, a sofa and a jacuzzi, and in this same room there is a loft, you go up stairs and arrive at a third floor where there is another room with a king size bed and a queen.
It is ideal for large families since it fits perfectly 8 comfortable people. You only have to take the stairs into account if the elderly or people with difficulties to climb come, as well as children.
The condo has a beautiful pool with ocean views and access to one of the best beaches in Cancun. You will love to see all the sunrises and sunsets from the apartment.
We have a TV, it is not Smart. On December 26, the ROKU arrives to make it Smart so that they can use it.
In front of the apartment there is a mini super and the Navíos Restaurant.
Public transportation passes in front of the condominium for easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping malls, etc.
REMEMBER THE RULES AND ENJOY YOUR STAY:
✘ No extra guests or visitors allowed.
✘ No parties allowed.
✔️ Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
✘ Do not hang clothes or towels on windows, balconies or visible from public areas.
✘ Do not use towels to clean or remove makeup or dye your hair.
✘ Do not throw paper or objects in the toilet.
✘ Do not use air conditioning if there is no one in the property or with the windows or doors open.
✘ The pool cannot be used in casual clothing and a swimsuit is mandatory. Please respect the pool hours.
✘ Food and drinks in glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
✘ Do not throw or leave trash outside the apartment.
✘ Pets are not allowed.
✘ No smoking inside the property.
✘ Do not consume illegal substances.
✔️ It is mandatory to wear clothing in common areas.
✔️ Please let us know if you see any water leaks.
✔️ Respect the security staff and neighbors.
- For each rule that is not followed, a penalty of up to $200 USD may be charged.
✘ Do not hang towels or clothes on the balconies.
✘ Avoid entering the elevators when wet.
✘ Do not listen to music at high volume.
✘ Smoke-free condominium.
✘ Limit to two people per lounge chair.
✘ Do not use glass in the pool or on the beach, etc...
• Fines will be applied in case of damage or affectations to the condominium.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for lost keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towels costs $20 US each.
- Reservations of more than 6 nights include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will cost $5 pesos per extra kw. (Enough so that you can use all the appliances and the air conditioning every night and during the day when you are at home) but do not leave it on when you are not at home or with doors or windows open.

It is equipped and furnished for 6 people. We leave you one towel per person for the bathroom and one for the pool.
It only includes one cleaning before your arrival and after your departure, in case you want additional cleanings we can offer them at an additional cost and by scheduling in advance.
In the same way, if you want a chef, masseur, driver, hire a tour, a yacht or some other service, we can help you book in advance.

It is a family condo, parties and noise are not allowed until late at night.
It is recommended to rent a car, we have parking. In case you do not want to rent a car, the bus passes on the main avenue and it is very easy to transport you throughout the hotel zone to the center.
