The accommodation is located within a condominium complex with shared common areas and other residents. As such, you may experience typical sounds from neighbors, traffic, or pets.
Please note that while the property is regularly treated for pest control, the city's humid climate and lush vegetation mean that small insects or local wildlife may occasionally be seen.
Prior to your arrival, we require a photo of the passport or ID for each guest, as well as a signed copy of the condominium rules to ensure a harmonious environment for everyone.
Our check-in window is from 16:00 to 21:00. Please let us know your estimated arrival time so we can prepare for your stay. Please note that arrivals after your confirmed time incur a fee of $28 USD per hour, and arrivals after the 21:00 check-in window incur a fee of $45 USD per hour.
