It is located in the residential area of Cancun. It is recommended to rent a car, we have secure parking or if you do not rent a car we can recommend a private driver for your vacation.
We only include cleaning before your arrival and after your departure. If you want any extra cleaning or linen changes we can offer it at an extra cost.
We use a self check-in system to facilitate your stay. We leave the keys in a box next to the door with a code so they can arrive at any time.
Anything you need we are at your disposal.
We will assign you a concierge who can help you with car rental, restaurant reservations, ticket sales to parks or activities, transportation, or any service you require.
To enter the largest pool (La Laguna) it is necessary to use a life jacket (you must bring your own). However, the condominium has 6 more pools that can be accessed without a vest.
The condominium is very big and the city too, we highly recommend renting a car to stay here, however you can also use taxi services.

October 2025Me encantó la estancia en este lugar. La zona es muy tranquila y segura, además de que el departamento estaba limpio y agradable desde nuestra llegada. La ubicación es muy conveniente, ya que cuenta con dos supermercados cercanos que facilitaron mucho nuestra estadía. Otro punto a destacar es que hay varias albercas alrededor de la laguna, por lo que siempre podías elegir la que más te agradara. Las fotos corresponden exactamente a lo que se muestra en la publicación, sin sorpresas. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.
