- This space is designed for rest and relaxation, so parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted. Music and speakers may only be heard within the property with windows and doors closed to maintain a relaxed atmosphere.
- For the well-being of all and the care of the space, the interior of the property is smoke-free and free of illegal substances.
- Help us care for the environment by turning off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
- To preserve the quality of linens and towels, we ask that you not use them to remove makeup, sunscreen, or suntan lotion, or to clean the floor.
- The plumbing system in the area is delicate; to avoid blockages and care for the environment, toilet paper and other waste should be placed in the trash can provided.
- To keep areas clean and tidy, we ask that you dispose of trash only in the designated areas. If you have any questions, we are here to help.
- We ask that you respect the check-in and check-out times to ensure that the property is properly prepared for each guest.
- In order to preserve the appearance of the condominium and comply with its internal regulations, balconies and windows must be kept free of towels, clothing, or objects visible from the outside.

- To facilitate access to the property, we require registration and valid official identification from all guests.
- Your privacy is very important to us. Only in situations of force majeure (such as leaks, floods, or emergencies) may the team require access to the property, with prior notification.
- Compliance with these recommendations allows us to provide you with a safe and enjoyable experience throughout your stay. Failure to comply with the rules may result in fines from the condominium, and in the event of misconduct, we may terminate your stay without refund.

* Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will have a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With normal and responsible use they should not exceed it (You can turn on the air conditioners when you are at home, if you go out turn them off and do not use them with doors and windows open)
