Arenika Beach House is masterfully distributed across three levels that combine privacy, modern-rustic design, and an unparalleled connection with the Caribbean. On the Ground Floor, there are four studios designed for disconnection: Xiu, Azuk, and Ko-Ko, which feature private terraces and direct access to the beach sand, along with Nikte, which offers a serene view of the garden and back terrain. The Second Floor houses the main apartment, a spacious two-bedroom unit designed for more expansive stays. On the Third Floor, you will find the Kuun, Kala, and Kiin studios, which, being at the highest part of the building, offer spectacular panoramic ocean views from their private terraces. The complex is unified through its luxury common areas, including a refreshing oceanfront swimming pool, a social palapa, outdoor restrooms and showers for added convenience when returning from the beach, and a secure, controlled parking area.
Bahía Petempich is a sanctuary of unspoiled serenity. Here, luxury is silence and the exclusivity of a private sea. It’s the perfect destination for those escaping the crowds. Important note: The area is an isolated retreat. For your convenience and freedom, private vehicles are indispensable, as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Puerto Morelos is just a short drive away, offering the best of local gastronomy and culture.
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and respect our neighbors and the environment, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
Check-in: To receive your access codes, you must complete our Check-in form or send a copy of your ID.
Occupancy: Reservations are strictly for registered guests only. No outside visitors, extra guests, or pets are allowed.
Smoking & Substances: No smoking inside the property. Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Noise & Music: Speakers may only be used inside the property during the day at a moderate volume, with doors and windows closed.
Linens: Please do not use towels to remove makeup or suntan lotion.
Plumbing: Our sewage system cannot process toilet paper or other objects. To protect the environment and prevent clogging, please use the wastebaskets provided.
Property Exterior: Hanging towels or clothing on balconies or windows in view of neighbors is not permitted.
Trash: Do not leave trash in common areas or outside the unit. If you are unsure where to dispose of it, please ask us.
Safety: Please respect the speed limits when approaching the property.
Pool Area: Swimsuits are mandatory. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Food, glass containers, cigarettes, and balloons are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Replacement Fees: Lost keys, cards, wristbands, parking passes, or towels will incur a $20 USD replacement fee each.
Penalties: Violation of these rules may result in fines of up to $200 USD from the neighborhood committee, or eviction by local authorities for misconduct.
Electricity: Reservations of 7 nights or more include 20kWh of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will be charged at $5 MXN per extra kWh. Responsible use should not exceed this limit.
Privacy & Access: You have total privacy. However, in case of force majeure (floods, leaks, fire, etc.), we reserve the right to access the unit after giving you prior notice.
You will have exclusive access to the entire building: all 8 private studios and the apartment, plus all common areas: pool, palapa, private beach, and parking. The property will be your own private resort during your stay, ensuring no one outside your group shares the facilities, providing unmatched oceanfront privacy.
We want your experience to be one of total freedom. We offer an autonomous and discreet service without a constant on-site presence. However, our support team is available 7:00am a 10:00pm via message to assist with any questions, emergencies, or special coordination your group may need during your stay at the complex.
Lost keys, cards, or wristbands: $20 USD each. Rule violation fines: up to $200 USD or eviction. Stays of 7+ nights: 20kw of electricity included per night per unit; excess at $5 MXN per kw. You are immersed in a living ecosystem; respect local wildlife. Cell signal can be intermittent, but WiFi is stable. In case of maintenance emergencies (leaks/power), notice will be given before accessing any unit.
